This page also explains where to find those details, what each order and tracking status means, how long each stage normally takes, and what to do if a parcel seems stuck. Every tee is printed after you order, so the first few days of an order are spent printing and checking rather than in transit.
\n
Where to find your order number and tracking link
\n
\n
Order number: shown on the order confirmation page straight after checkout and at the top of your order confirmation email. It is a number, sometimes shown with a “#” in front; type the digits only.
\n
Checkout email: the email address you typed at checkout. If you have several addresses, search each inbox for “Honeyshirt”.
\n
Tracking link: included in the shipping confirmation email we send when your parcel leaves us. The tracking number in that email can also be entered on the carrier’s own website.
\n
Account: if you created an account, sign in to My account to see every order and its status.
\n
\n
Cannot find either email? Check spam, promotions and “updates” folders, then email support@honeyshirt.com with your name and shipping ZIP or postal code and we will look the order up for you.
\n
The journey of a Honeyshirt order
\n
\n
Order placed: you receive the confirmation email. For the next 24 hours you can still change or cancel the order for free.
\n
Printing and quality check: within 1–3 business days your tee is printed, cured, inspected and packed. Personalized orders may pause here if we need to check spelling or a photo with you.
\n
Shipped: the parcel is handed to the carrier and the shipping email with your tracking link is sent.
\n
In transit: the carrier moves the parcel through its network; this takes an estimated 3–7 business days.
\n
Out for delivery and delivered: the carrier brings it to your door, mailbox or a safe place.
\n
\n
Altogether most orders arrive within 4–10 business days. Shipping is free to every destination we serve: the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
\n
What each order status means
\n
\n
Honeyshirt order statuses
\n
\n
\n
Status
\n
What it means
\n
What you should do
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
Pending payment
\n
The order was created but the payment has not been confirmed.
\n
Complete the payment step. Please contact us if tracking has not updated for 7 business days, or if the parcel has not arrived 7 business days after the latest estimated delivery date. We open an investigation with the carrier for you. If the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, or the investigation is not resolved within 5 business days, we send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. Refunds reach your original payment method within 7 calendar days of approval, as described in our Refund Policy.
\n
When tracking says “delivered” but you cannot find it
\n
\n
Check around your door, mailbox, porch, garage, side entrances and behind plants or bins.
\n
Ask neighbours, family members and anyone else at the address.
\n
Check with building reception, a concierge or the mailroom if you live in an apartment.
\n
Wait until the end of the next business day; parcels are sometimes scanned as delivered shortly before they actually arrive.
\n
Contact your local post office or carrier depot with the tracking number.
\n
If it still has not appeared, email us within 60 days of the delivery date shown in tracking and we will work through it with the carrier.
\n
\n
Orders with more than one parcel
\n
Large or mixed orders occasionally ship in more than one parcel so the first items are not held back. Each parcel has its own tracking number, listed in your shipping emails. If only part of your order has arrived, check whether a second tracking number was sent before contacting us. Split shipments never cost extra.
\n
Wrong address on a shipped order
\n
If you notice a wrong address after the parcel has shipped, email us immediately with the correct address. We will ask the carrier to redirect it, although the carrier decides whether that is possible. If the parcel is returned to us, we reship it once you confirm the address. See Shipping & Delivery for full details.
\n
Tracking an order you received as a gift
\n
If someone ordered a tee for you, the order number and tracking emails went to them. Ask the purchaser for the tracking link, or contact us with the purchaser’s name and your shipping ZIP or postal code; for privacy reasons we can confirm delivery status but cannot share the purchaser’s order details.
\n
Why tracking pauses during busy seasons
\n
In the weeks before Father’s Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas, carriers handle far more parcels than usual. Scans can be skipped at busy hubs, so a parcel may jump from “accepted” straight to “out for delivery”. That is not a sign of a problem by itself. Order gifts early, and keep the 7-business-day rule above in mind before worrying.
\n
Working out your own delivery estimate
\n
Here is how to estimate arrival from your order date. Suppose you order on a Monday morning. Printing, inspection and packing take 1–3 business days, so the parcel ships between Tuesday and Thursday. Transit is estimated at 3–7 business days, so delivery would typically fall between the following Friday and the Tuesday or Wednesday after that. Order on a Friday evening and the count starts on Monday instead, because weekends are not business days. For a parcel to Canada, Australia or New Zealand, expect it toward the later end of the range because of customs processing.
\n
Import charges while your parcel is in transit
\n
Parcels to Canada, Australia and New Zealand travel from the United States and pass through customs. Depending on the order value and local rules, the destination country may ask the recipient to pay import duties, GST or a handling fee before delivery, usually by text message, email or a card left by the carrier. These charges are not collected by Honeyshirt and are not included in our free shipping. Be wary of messages that ask for payment without naming a real carrier or tracking number; if you are unsure whether a request is genuine, check it on the carrier’s official site or ask us.
\n
Common tracking questions
\n
Why does my tracking link show no information?
\n
The carrier only shows details after its first scan, which can take 24 to 48 hours after the label is created. If nothing has appeared after 3 business days, contact us and we will check with the carrier.
\n
Can I change my delivery date or ask the carrier to hold the parcel?
\n
Many carriers let you manage delivery from their tracking page once the parcel is in their network, for example to choose a pickup point. Options vary by carrier and country, and we cannot change them from our side.
\n
The tracking shows a different city. Is my parcel lost?
\n
Not necessarily. Parcels often travel through sorting hubs in other cities or states before reaching you. As long as tracking keeps updating, the parcel is moving.
\n
The form above says it cannot find my order. Why?
\n
The lookup needs the order number and the exact email address used at checkout. A typo in either, an extra space, or using a different email address will stop it from matching. Copy the order number directly from your confirmation email and try again; if it still fails, email us and we will check the order for you.
\n
Can I track an order without the order number?
\n
Yes, by emailing us. Send your full name and shipping ZIP or postal code from the email address used at checkout, and we will send you the tracking link.
\n
Tips for a smooth delivery
\n
\n
Double-check apartment, suite or unit numbers at checkout.
\n
If you are away, ship to an address where someone can receive the parcel.
\n
For Canada, Australia and New Zealand, keep an eye on email or text messages from the carrier about import charges.
\n
Keep your order confirmation until the tee has arrived and fits.
\n
\n
Need help with an order?
\n
Email support@honeyshirt.com or submit a ticket with your order number, and we reply within 1 business day.
