Every tee is printed for its owner after the order is placed, then shipped free from the United States to customers in the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. This page explains what we make, how we make it, and what you can count on when you buy from us.

What Honeyshirt makes

We focus on one thing: printed short-sleeve T-shirts. Keeping the range focused lets us get the details right, from the size chart to the way a design is placed on the chest. Our collections are organised the way people actually shop for tees:

How a Honeyshirt tee is made

Honeyshirt works on a print-on-demand basis. Rather than printing thousands of shirts in advance and hoping they sell, we print each tee after it is ordered. That approach has real advantages for you:

• Personalization is possible. Because each tee is printed individually, we can add your photo, name or date without minimum quantities.
• Every size is available. We do not run out of your size because a print run sold out.
• Less waste. We print what people actually want instead of overproducing.

Here is what happens to your order:

1. Review. Your order is checked, including personalization text and photo quality. If something looks like a typo or a photo is too small to print sharply, we email you before printing.
2. Printing. The design is printed onto a blank tee in your chosen size and colour, then cured so it bonds with the fabric and survives washing.
3. Inspection. Each tee is checked for print placement, smudges, gaps in the print and the correct size label before it is packed.
4. Shipping. The tee is folded, packed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days of your order, and you receive a tracking link by email.

The tees themselves

Our classic tees use a unisex, straight-cut fit with a crew neck and short sleeves, printed on cotton blank garments from established apparel manufacturers. Each product page names the garment it is printed on, and the measurements for our classic tee are published in detail in our Size Guide: body length runs from 28 inches for an S to 35 inches for a 5XL, and full chest from 36 to 64 inches. We publish measurements rather than just labels, because a “Large” from one brand is rarely the same as another’s.

Printed tees look their best for longest when they are washed inside out in cold water, dried on low or hung to dry, and never ironed directly on the print. Those care tips are repeated in the Size Guide and on our FAQs, because a gift should still look good after many washes.

Vintage-style designs borrow the look of well-loved concert and bootleg tees from past decades: bold type, grainy textures and faded colour palettes printed onto fresh garments. If we think a photo will not print well, we tell you before printing rather than sending a disappointing tee.

Occasion tees cover the dates people shop for most: birthdays, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas and Halloween. What our quality check looks for

Before a tee is packed, it is checked against a short list that reflects the problems customers care about most:

• the design is the one ordered, on the right garment colour and size;
• the print is centred and straight within normal printing tolerance;
• there are no smudges, streaks, missing areas or stray ink;
• personalization text matches exactly what was entered at checkout;
• the garment itself has no holes, stains or loose seams.

If something slips past us anyway, our 60-day cover for misprints and defects means you get a free replacement or a full refund.

Honest about what we are

We think trust is built on plain facts, so here they are. Honeyshirt is an online-only store; there is no physical shop to visit. Tees are printed to order and shipped from the United States. Some product images are digital mock-ups that show how a design will look on a tee, rather than photographs of the exact shirt you will receive, and ink on cotton always looks slightly different from colours on a screen. We do not post fake reviews, invent countdown timers, or claim stock is running out to rush you. Product reviews on the site come from real customers once they have received their orders.

Designs that are ours to sell

Graphic tees live close to pop culture, sports and humour, which makes it tempting for shops to borrow other people’s logos and characters. We do not. Our game-day designs celebrate being a fan without using official league or team artwork, and we decline personalization requests that would copy someone else’s logo or character. Who we make tees for

Most of our customers are buying for someone they love. We see the same situations again and again, and our policies are built around them:

• The gift on a deadline. Our shipping page explains exactly how to count the days, and we will tell you honestly before you order whether a date is realistic.
• The size you are not sure about. Measure a tee they already own, compare it with our chart, and if it still is not right, exchange it within 60 days; we pay to ship the new size.
• The personalized surprise. We check photos and spelling before printing, and if what we print differs from what you entered, we reprint it free.
• The family or group order. One order can include many sizes, and each shirt keeps its own 60-day cover.
• The overseas relative. We ship free to Canada, Australia and New Zealand and explain possible import charges upfront.

How we look after your information

To print and deliver a tee, we need your name, address and, for custom designs, the photo or text you choose. We use that information only to make, ship and support your order, we never use your personal photos in our marketing without permission, and we do not sell personal information. Paying and checking out

Prices are shown in US dollars, shipping is free, and any tax is shown at checkout before you pay. The payment options available for your order appear at checkout, and our Payment Methods page explains how payment, security and refunds work. We never ask for card details by email or phone.
